GoogleJust want to say a big thank you to Jo and team in arranging our viewing within one day of our request. Arrived at the viewing which was done on time following all COVID regulations. We immediately made a decision that we wanted to put in an offer and then all communication was done via Jo Hooson. Even though it was weekend, Jo kept us up to date, advising that there was great interest in the property and she would have to pass on all relevant offers to the sellers. Early Monday morning after discussions with the sellers Jo phoned us back to confirm our offer was accepted.
We really appreciate all the effort that Jo has put in and we have now secured the purchase via their buyers guarantee service.
