GooglePotential buyer. A bizarre experiece that I do not want to go through again. Can't get hold of anyone - Jo in my case. Bombarded with emails about an assortment of teams that are going to help, but no help came. Lied about fees. Don't let them tell you that the buyer does not have to pay. Lack of transparency. Just awful.

Unable to give 5 stars as I haven’t actually sold my property with Springbok (I have withdrawn my property due to circumstances ) I can however review Ernest & Anna with whom I dealt with. Both very professional and did their best to get me viewers and offers in what can only be described as a very slow market

Extremely unprofessional and poorly marketed, compromised the value of our property, felt like they were waiting to pounce with a low ball cash offer.Would not touch them with a barge pole. After making a complaint about them, they removed us from the market with out an apology or explanation as to the atrocious lack of service we received.A most unpleasant experience

In addition to my initial review, I now need to add that after one week and THREE requests to take our property off the market, it still remains on their website. This proves that Springbok Properties continue with their terrible communication and lack of customer care.
