My sales progressor was mia richardson, she had a personal direct number which she emailed me, when i would ring that, she would hardly ever pick up from, she always was in a hurry to end the call & abrupt at times, during my purchase of property she was mostly off sick.

The progresserJasmine was good always keeping me updated and in the picture. The main problem was the process of how long the sale took which cost me money paying for two properties. Springbok advertise quick sales rather than using a standard estate agent but I found it no advantage at all as I was with them for nearly five months !

Not impressed with the company itself should have gone with an estate agent as this company was not quick but I am very impressed with the negotiater Becky Simmons she made a bad deal palatable she was amazing and in the end sorted everything out although it took nearly 8 months for it to take place
