Craig could be hard to contact at times, but the sale went live just before Christmas so not the best time to be selling. I have had good information from Springbok and my house has now sold. Just waiting for the survey and hopefully it will only have taken 2 months from start to finish. If you want to sell in a hurry, then I would recommend them.

Was meant to be a quick sale. Our sales progressor Bethan seemed to either be on holiday all the time or her phone was broken so she couldn’t answer or call me back. Was told that she would be the go to person for any queries… but never got a response. Terrible communication, wouldn’t have used springbok if it wasn’t for ‘fast sale guaranteed’. Took 4 months from offer date.
