Springbok changed that. The sales team are fantastic, the personal negotiators keep you updated almost daily, as do the Conveyancers.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking company. They entered a property they'd purchased and put a new water supply in and turned off the old supply that also turned off the water to 4 other houses. I've been without water for over 24 hours now and no one is doing anything to sort it. All they need to do is enter the property and turn a tap. Do NOT use these money grabbing waster of space people

Hi Lynne, having investigated this, I can confirm that we have not put a new water supply in the property or done any works or tampering with regards to the water. I can confirm that the water supplier United Utilities did have works ongoing within the last week through the weekend, which did not involve ourselves. They charged me nearly 10,thousand pounds. I wouldn’t have picked them being out of town from where the property was for sale and would have picked a local one. So now I can’t afford the property I was interested in now.
