GoogleA lot of clients were not turning up for the appointments that were made and very hard to get through on phone line to find out what was happening I was asked to take a lower price than what I had originally wanted which I did and was surprised and a bit annoyed at the amount of profit they were making when I received the sale papers

Terrible company to have any dealings with, not honourable nor straightforward . Dan offered acceptable price to buy my property outright, and I signed an agreement . 8 days later after all had gone quiet James came on the scene and started dealing as if he was a High St agency. This was not what had been agreed and he tried his best to wriggle out of the agreement. DO NOT USE they are just salesmen trying to convince you unfairly about their limited knowledge

GoogleI rang Springbok and spoke to Ben Taylor regarding viewing a property. Ben arranged that immediately on the day of my choice and we viewed it a few days later. Ben then handled our offer negotiation and guided me through paying my deposit and signing the exclusivity contract. He's been very helpful and had answered emails really quickly. The online process for submitting ID, deposits etc is simple to use and helps you to secure the property much faster than traditional estate agents.

GoogleHonestly, I don't understand the good reviews. I had a terrible time with this company when trying to purchase a house. I went through 5 members of staff who were dealing with the property because everyone kept leaving. My offer was accepted in February and I finally got the keys in October. There was so much misinformation or lack of detail and I could NEVER get hold of anyone. Not once did someone actually answer my calls and I always had to chase up via email or voicemails. Eventually I got someone who was able to get stuff done but only because I threatened to pull out of the deal. I would not recommend if you like a decent level of communication and want to move at more than a slugs pace.

Very polite and friendly. Always easy to communicate with. Went between all parties involved so I didn't have to worry about it. Only reason for not 5 stars is that it took us a little while to build a repore. After that we got on very well and he was always doing the best to progress the sale, even in extremely difficult circumstances.

Right from the start of the process I have felt safe and secure. All my questions answered, all the hassles taken away. I have had none of the usual problems experienced with regular estate agents. Marc arranged 2 viewings very quickly and we had to cancel the second one as an offer had been made by the first viewer and accepted. We're still in the process but I'm very happy.

I would recommend springbok properties to anyone wanting to sell their house. I initially spoke with Kay who explained everything about the company and would answer any question I had. He was great and really explained the whole process fully. I was then passed to Jess who was amazing. She maintained regular contact, she ensured that I was happy with everything down to pictures and description of the house. She would ring to let me know when I had a buyer interested in the property and a viewing was arranged in a timely manner. I have sold my house within 4 weeks and now everything is going through. The solicitor they provided is also very efficient. I know a lot of people who are struggling to sell at this moment in time and I have just been really luckily that I chose to sell my house with Springbok. The house I am buying is also with Springbok properties, they have been efficient in terms of the smoothness of the process so far. Thanks for everything, please ignore bad reviews as I have had nothing but positives!
