TrustpilotAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Never in my life have I regretted a decision more than the one to choose Springbok properties to market our home. The sales team sell you the dream of a quick sale and lots of other perks which local estate agents apparently don’t offer, but once the 4 month contract is signed that is where the absolutely appalling customer service begins. The only phone calls or emails we received were to rubbish our house and tell us that the price needed to be lowered. Communication was slow and often non existent apart from when we agreed to lower the asking price, then we received an immediate reply and the price was changed on all marketing platforms within minutes. After 4 very long months, Springbok failed to sell our house. We gave more than the required notice to remove it from the market yet they still tried to tell us we needed to give another 4 weeks notice. Luckily we had everything in writing so they were unable to keep us tied to them, despite their efforts. Springbok also failed to remove our house on the agreed date and tried to blame the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla for the delay. It was only when I pointed out some of their shocking lies and fabrications that they finally removed our house. Thankfully we are now free of Springbok and the best advice I can give is to AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I was asked to review my negotiator (Sam). I am not aware of anyone named Sam having anything to do with my purchase. Apparently even the Senior Sales Negotiator cannot get their facts right.So far I had to call to get confirmation that my deposit had been received having waited 2 days to get it from Springbok. I was then advised my contract would be sent however, the address they held for me was not mine despite providing 2 forms of address prior. I was promised the contract by return last Friday, didn't happen. I was then promised on Monday of this week it would be sent ASAP, and yet here we are Friday afternoon passed close of business and still no contract. I am not certain what ASAP means to Springbok staff but it is obviously polar opposites to what I thought it meant. So far the service has been non existent but plenty of excuses.I will contact your Customer Service Manager, please note it will be the 2nd time I have, as I had already contacted them prior to putting this review up!
