In the process of buying the house but having a terrible experience, I have to literally beg to get an update , if you call them someone in the office picks and tell you that the EA will call you back but never does its like they don't care if the sales actually goes through, this guy so called EA is a pain in the ass to work with really.There are delays with purchaing the property sometimes I think SP might be the problem for the delays and don't fall for their positive reviews the ones that mentions the name of the person as after my offer was accepted I got several emails from the sales negotiater to leave him a 5 start review and he will put me in a 100£ lucky draw(which even if the lucky draw is genuine, its a fraud to get people to leave positive reviews) I left a 5 star positive review but that was onlh cause I wanted my purchase to go smoothly which its ain't going.Even with the delays if I am able to buy the house I will edit this review and I will leave a positive 4star minimum review

These clowns start by marketing a product that absolutely screws you as a potential buyer over where you are asked to pay a deposit of £2500 which is not protected and the seller of the property can pull out anytime they like. Other things like stringing buyers along whilst dealing with other buyers even after spending 3 months on conveyancing is their hallmark. Absolute nightmare to deal with these clowns as a potential buyer. Forget all the doctored reviews on her as a recent buyer who got screwed over after a couple of months dealing with these guys don’t ever pay the stupid exclusivity deposit it means absolutely nothing and not worth the paper it’s written on. If you do decide to buy from them genuinely expect to get screwed over a couple of months down the line whilst other desirable properties within your vicinity get snapped up. Claimed fast sale specialist but they wasted 3 month plus of our time during conveyancing. They fully deserve less than 1 star unfortunately Google reviews won’t allow me rate them lower. Edit 07/10/2024: They have now reported my review trustpilot trying to hide how potential clients will be treated by using your service is just not the best way to address things. Instead actually focus on delivering a more buyer focused product. Again I will point out for future buyers pay these guys a deposit at your own detriment there’s no benefit whatsoever you stand to gain from them.

Found reviews about Springbok when we decided we did not want to deal with a typical High Street estate agency. When Haden introduced himself he explained all the T & C’s about selling our property through them and very quickly the paperwork was signed. He kept us fully updated of any progress and made suggestions when we were not getting any offers. Eventually we have accepted an offer and are now waiting to complete the sale. Haden has made the whole process easy for someone who has never before sold a property in 54 years of home ownership. Would definitely recommend Springbok and Haden to friends and family.
