My sale was not a straight forward one but from the start the team were positive and optimistic that they would be able to sell it. My negotiator, Chris Innes was brilliant from start to finish. He was always cheerful at the end of the phone when I needed help or I had any questions. His communication was excellent and kept me informed at all stages. When things dried up in terms of viewings he changed our approach which meant more people came through the door and in the end we found the right buyer. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you!

We are looking to buy in DG11 and saw a property advertised that we wanted to get early viewing knowing the market is very competitive. Chris Innes was our contact and he supplied the home report and arranged a viewing within a few hours. We got details about how to proceed as well. Once we viewed he followed up with us that afternoon and we made an offer. That offer was shared with the seller and the offer accepted two days later. We then agreed to go through a Springbok listed solicitor (to make the legal offer) and Chris marked the property as under offer. He handed us on to the next stage all within 4 days. Felt reassured in discussions that our situation and needs were met and pleasantly surprised by the rapid outcome and consistent communications.

If i could rate this company 0 star I would. Being a first time buyer I was thrilled to know that my offer was accepted on a property they have on the market. For days i have been trying to up load all my documents to a account with them. For some reason I couldn't make an account as it stated my email was already active. Lewis set up an account for me previous which he never told me. After many unanswered phone calls and emails, he finally responded to say an investor has increased their offer and was getting in all their documents. I feel this is unfair as he should have gave me the opportunity to increase my offer. Lewis has been very unprofessional and gave me a terrible experience as a first time buyer. In the future I would not use this company to buy or sell property.

My wife and I decided to sell our property with Springbok properties. Reason being we needed a fairly quick sale due to us moving to Asia. Once our house was on the market we dealt with Vicky Coffey Senior sales negotiator for our property. Vicky was brilliant from the start until we finally got an offer that was acceptable. She was very professional and friendly, kept us informed with viewing appointments and lots of other things that came up along the way. If anyone is selling with springbok and get Vicky Coffey dealing with the sale then your in safe hands.

At first it was not a great start as I called the day a property went on the market and the negotiator did not call, he just sent texts saying he would call soon to arrange a viewing. After multiple phone calls trying to arrange a viewing and a text from the negotiator saying if the property becomes available again they would be in touch I did call to make a complaint. Not long after this call Ben was the new negotiator for this property and we were able to arrange a viewing for the following day. The agent showing us around the property was very knowledgeable, did not rush us and made us be able to view the property with ease. She was a very lovely person. We made our offer that day of viewing and Ben was quick to get back to us and less than 24 hours from viewing we had our house. Within that time he was quick to reply to any email queries and explained their processes clearly. First negotiator not so great, but the second negotiator Ben and agent showing the property have been incredible.

Becci was very nice and professional. She also helped with pushing the solicitors to complete the exchange. Very happy with our new home. I would not use Springbok's recommended solicitors as we had more than a month delay from the date of completion of the searches until the date of sending us the searches and then another month to write the contract and over a week once our money was transferred to exchange just a day before the seller's drop dead date for completion.

We have so far been satisfied with Springbok, we didn’t get our original agreed price but we had tried for over a year with an estate agent with very little feedback. Took a little longer than expected with Springbok but they came through for us in the end. Mason Adams has been exceptional and kept us up to date all the way. All his colleagues who rang to arrange viewings (which were plentiful) were always polite. We are just waiting for the sale to complete. Well done Springbok.
