GoogleI have been renting a property for two and half years and JW Homes are the agent. I have had a some maintenance issues while living in the property but the staff at JW Homes have always been amazing. Repairs have been sorted out within a couple of days and when the washing machine broke down they arranged for a replacement in less than a week. Rachel and Howard who work at JW Homes have been amazing and I cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

GoogleVery rude and uninterested staff. Travelled 4 hours for a house and when asked if we could have the property without viewing they showed a lot of poor attitude to us and said no as they have to allow all planned viewings (they had someone viewing the next day) first before accepting applicants then called up less than 10 minutes before our planned viewing when we were waiting outside the property and said they’d given the house to someone else less than 24 hours after telling us we couldn’t have it before the other viewings. Having worked in property myself, I must say these are by far the worst I’ve encountered and incredibly unprofessional.

Carol, office Manager, dealt with the sale and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, efficiency and excellent communication skills. My queries were always responded to promptly and when the first buyer pulled out she found another within a few days and I was delighted when the sale was completed within a few months. GoogleTried to get a property with them and seemed very uninterested in helping us. Travelled from sussex for a viewing and was promised it would happen before getting a phone call when we were waiting outside the property a few minutes before the scheduled viewing to say they’re giving it to someone else. Overall attitude was awful. Assume it’s because we are in our early 20’s that we got the reception we did

GoogleI've called the company on several occasions and asked for a full list of properties available in the blackwood and surrounding areas ........ still no email. I also arranged to view properties and asked them to send me a confirmation of the address and date and time of the appointment ...... no surprise no email. If your a lld and considering letting your property using these I wouldn't bother wasting my time

GoogleI rented a house from JW homes for over 3 years and always found them to be courteous and accommodating.When I no longer required their services my deposit was returned promptly and without problems.Should the need arise they would be the first agency I would use and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.....I can’t understand the bad reviews!!!!!
