GoogleHoward was very helpful from start to finish. Approachable, easy to talk to, and responds promptly. He answered questions and concerns with insight and his experience in the industry is very evident. For someone who was new in Wales, he was such a huge help throughout the transition period.

In particular Howard was extremely responsive, went above and beyond what was expected of him and on the back of this, I won't use anyone else. GoogleJW HOMES have been excellent throughout the duration of our tenancy and resolved all matters swiftly. The exit inspection was completed efficiently by Howard who has been so easy to communicate with across the year and always on standby! The bond was paid back the next day no problems! Cannot thank JW Homes for accommodating us in such a high standard rental property. They are highly recommended.

GoogleRude, disrespectful and not at all customer orientated.There is sometimes no substitute for people experience and the rental department certainly lacks that. Small boys in big trousers. There are certainly more professional, caring and understanding rental management people.

I am aware after the recent conversation with my colleague on 11th January 2019 that you have no dealings with JW Homes i.e. you are not a Landlord, Tenant, Contractor, Vendor. Therefore, I find your comment to be untrue, misleading and also discriminating. We act on behalf of the Landlords and Tenants and we pride ourselves in serving the best customer service possible and this is the reason why the majority of our tenants stay with us in switching to different properties. As you can appreciate, as you are not our Tenant or Landlord, we do not have to disclose any information relating to any Tenancy to you. GoogleI have now used JW Homes to both sell and rent out a property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both sides of the business. I most recently let a property through Howard who was great from start to finish, also Rachel on the admin side of things made everything go really smoothly. Great company to work with overall.
