Facebookcan't evan get their tenants to keep their homes or gardens clean. its like living next door to a pig style. you take pride in your property for your neighbours to move in and take no pride just leaves it in a messno respect for the people who have to see it everyday and live next door. environmental health would have a field day.
Unfortunately, The tenants are unable to carry out any maintenance to the garden at the moment due to personal circumstances and due to the weather but they are in the process of getting this done as soon as possible. Thank you.

GoogleBeen a tenant with JW Homes for 10 years and had nothing but exceptional service and support from Howard and Rachel who’s always been so kind to us (Peckham’s and Pickfords) after a difficult week with one thing and another the way they’ve helped and reassured us has been nothing but excellent! They supported us when we required it and we forever grateful! Highly recommend using this company if you’re looking at renting or buying or selling! So approachable and you build personal relationships with them ❤️

GoogleAfter being told by the council that they couldn’t house me and to wait for the bailiffs to come and then they’d then put me in a B and B with my 2 year old daughter. JW homes came to my rescue and helped me. I can not express how incredible they had been, both Howard and Rachel are fantastic. Nothing is ever too much for them either, Constantly reassuring me and making the whole process so easy and stress free.I highly recommend JW homes as they have been absolutely brilliant.

GoogleI recomed this agent as first class. During my time as a landlord, I was unfortunate to have a tennant who did not wish to vacate the rented property. This happened during the pandemic and was my only option as living arrangements as I had recently gone through a seperation. As a result of these circumstances, I needed to move back to my rented property. The challenge faced by JW homes was vast to ensure both parties were accomodated and satisfied. They worked tirelessly to ensure the situation was resolved as amicably as possible and with all legal duties met. Also Howard the lettings manager does a great job managing my properties. GoogleI recently sold my house through JW Homes and had a really positive experience with them. They are very professional and approachable and were there for any queries or questions that arose. Lesley in the office calmed me down and talked me through anything I wasn’t sure about. She was always at the end of the phone and was very patient with me. The sale and purchase didn’t run smoothly (that was nothing to do with JW Homes) and at times it was very stressful and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleHoward kindly gave me advice around my property where the tenant had vacated prior to the end of the tenancy. My property was let with a different firm who were poor in their communication and I needed advice because I believed the information they were telling me was incorrect. Howard give me honest and professional advice which enabled me to challenge the situation confidently.
