We are sorry to learn of your poor review of ourselves, due to the fact that we had limited contact with you during the transaction, with you being the Mortgage Consultant at the bottom of the chain for a private sale. J W Homes had two sales connected with the private sale and it is part of our job to keep the chain intact from start to finish in order to secure our clients sale and purchase of their forever homes. Whilst we understand that your clients were a complex case to place it had been ongoing since early January, to which we were under pressure from all parties due to the mortgages in the chain due to expire, and not being able to extend due to the current economic climate. As you can see from our previous reviews, we at J W Homes strive to a very high standard of customer care sometimes going above and beyond in order to facilitate all of our client’s needs. Always assuring you of our best attention at all times.
