GoogleCustomer service is absolutely non existent. Spoke to few staff and they all seems to have such an attitude, it's like they are so not happy with the job or perhaps working for the company, particularly Sam & Kirsty. Makes you wonder if the management do monitor there phone calls. I certainly wouldn't use them for sure.

GoogleMy wife and I have several properties in Nottingham (we live in London) and I was having problems with the previous agent that I used. I called Your Move and Charlene/Charlie the lettings manager was extremely helpful in taking over the management for my portfolio. She did me a deal due to the amount I have and so far we have been very impressed!
Great! Thank you for your comments.

We are delighted to have achieved more than the asking price and to have completed within 3 months of deciding to sell. Many thanks to the Your Move team in Nottingham.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleCharlotte and Georgia worked extremely hard to find us tenants to fit our criteria. We had used other agents like Hart who completely disregarded what we had asked for and were willing to put anyone in our property even if they were not suitable. We had constant communication with Your move throughout the tenant find process, we had calls and emails with viewers details and names so that we knew who was viewing our property. We would highly recommend them and we would use them again for finding a tenant and for full management of our property.

GoogleFive star service! Bought a property through Nottingham branch with the plans to then let it out after. From start to finish every staff member has been so helpful and so experienced in what they do, I couldn't of asked for a better estate agent to work with. The sales team Arg, Guy and Jennifer helped me find the right property as an investment and guided me through the sales progression to exchange. The lettings team Charlotte and Georgia worked so hard and quickly found me the most suitable tenant and made all the arrangments for the start of tenancy so it was less stressful for myself. Very knowledgable, honest, realiable and helpful team!!
