Why 5 stars? Well I faffed about and at short notice decided not to rent. 48hrs later circumstances changed and presented myself into the office to see if Maddeline could rescue the original tenants. Maddeline was very understanding at my initial cancellation and very receptive and professional ,working tirelessly to recover the original agreements within 48hrs and the renters moved in and both landlord and tenants happy. A job handled with professional efficiency. Thank you yo Georgia and the team.

I'm aware of most Estate Agents in Nottingham. I've always been sceptical with estate agents who are only interested in selling and earning a cut. This isn't the case with Your Move. They took their time listening to what I and my family required and ensured it was met. They were well mannered, friendly, showed brilliant communication and were most importantly, genuinely honest. Due to my busy schedule, I was apprehensive this process would be a nightmare but everyone specifically Daniel made the entire process a pleasant experience. If you live in Nottingham, I would definitely recommend them.

I have called many agents throughout Nottingham regarding letting out my property, as I need to relocate for work purposes and after speaking with many agents who didn’t seem to know much about what they’re doing and couldn’t answer any questions! I then called Your Move Nottingham and spoke to Jennie the Lettings Manager and I have to say she has been a breath of fresh air! After feeling like I am tearing my hair out with other agents, she has answered all my queries been extremely helpful and very easy to reach and talk with! Maddeline Jackson, the new Branch Manager of the Nottingham branch, has truly done an outstanding job in selling our house. To say the sale of the house had complications was an understatement. However, Maddie's knowledge and professionalism was and is second to none. Maddie and her team's effort and communication was again fantastic. Despite running into various issues with their panel Solicitors, Arjan did his very best to get them resolved and always provided a happy, cheerful and efficient customer service. I would recommend you stay away from their panel solicitors and use your own conveyancer to avoid the issues I faced (delays of 7 months as a buyer ). Jennie, Guy and the team at the Nottingham branch have been amazing from start to finish. Recently had to deal with a change in tenancy, they kept us up to date every step of the way, which was really important for us. Always friendly, chatty, efficient and happy to answer any of our needs or concerns. Our property was on the market for a matter of days before the new tenants were finalised. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We sold our house via the modern auction, unsure of what to expect and and completely trusting in Jennifer. We sold with two weeks! 17k over asking price! and the branch team and Jan at the Iam sold did absolutely everything for us! An agent for the nottingham branch 'JASON SWIFT' came and valued my late mothers house for me in bestwood park. All I can say is, if Your Move are raining their staff to his standards, it's no wonder they are the biggest agents on the m,arket. I can safely say, Jason knew his stuff, but his approach was exceptional and especially how delicately he pitched his vaulation (baring in mind he was quoting the house my recently deceased parent) Your Move, St Peters Gate, NOtts...
