Emma answered all my queries and put me at ease straight away, i would certainly recommend this branch, after visiting numerous estate agents around Nottingham. GoogleI have just rented a flat from Your Move in Nottingham and they have been nothing but helpful from start to end. I've had bad experiences with Letting agents in the past but Your Move has been very refreshing. Great team and would recommend to anyone looking for a flat in Nottingham.

GoogleCalled the Nottingham branch over a week ago, spoke to a chap called Frank who advised the resedential sales person was busy. Took my contact details and promised a call back. Heard nothing, no missed call or voicemail left by them. Rubbish. Have now contacted other estate agents in the Nottingham area

GoogleWe viewed a house and tried for 6 days to get through to buy it. They never return calls and if you complain they just lie to you that they tried to call but couldn't get through (no missed calls) My friend also had a terrible experience with their valuer.

GoogleGreat customer service throughout a sale. Laura the valuation manager was very helpful and friendly and gave us all the advice needed. The team in the office were always there to answer any questions and kept us informed regularly on the process. Found very helpful and would use again.

GoogleSuch a shame, they (Arjan) did 95% of the sale very well. To cut a long story short, towards the end I feel the manager and another colleague were quite rude to be honest. Really don’t understand it as it costs nothing to provide good customer service.
