GoogleVery helpful and professional from start to finish. Excellent photos and marketing enabled us to get plenty of interest and viewings in our property. Jack was very knowledgeable of the area and knew exactly what price to set. Nicole, Zoe, Morgan and Megan kept us updated regarding viewings, offers and progress right through to completion. Thanks for making the sale go seamlessly.

GoogleI have recently started renting a property through William H Brown in Nottingham, specifically through Luke. There have been a few hiccups with regards to the landlord of the property, but the team have worked very hard to resolve every single issue in a timely manner. There was one day when Luke was by himself as the others were away, and he was incredibly busy but still managed to solve my problems (he even stayed late to make sure it was done!). No matter what problem I presented them with, they quickly found a solution. I was originally concerned about the application process, but they kept me updated at every stage and ensured that I was happy with everything. Overall, they have delivered exceptional, professional service and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

He really has my best interests at heart and had come to take house photos on Saturday and they are even better than I ever expected. Not even an hour after listing I received viewing bookings! GoogleI recently rented a property through William H Brown and received outstanding customer service from Tiana, from the start of the process to the end she really went out of her way to make sure the move for me and my partner went smoothly. Any queries we had Tiana was extremely helpful and nothing was too much of a trouble. I would highly recommend William h brown and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleJared who has been at the branch for a little amount of time is a legend; I have been having issues with my solicitors with this knowledge and experience has been able to assist me with managing them; he keeps to his word and setting clear expectation. The branch has seen a turn around recently with some new staff and you can tell...much better experience. Jared is one person I can pick up the phone to and if something needs to get done it does keep it up mate!!!

GoogleWe would like to share our experience of the WH Brown Team to encourage potential movers to use their services. Manager Matt, Jared & Georgie could not have done any more to help us. They were not the Estate Agent we used to sell our house but I wish they had been!!! They were involved with the house we bought & without their help we would have become homicidal.....lol. Jared is a fearless young man who will not take no for an answer. He contacted our solicitor on a daily/hourly basis for us & really helped push forward the sale. Georgie is the sweetest girl who is totally trust worthy & can be relied upon to do what she promises. Matt was supportive & extremely helpful even after we moved, sending us information & generally being a good egg. However we were very disappointed with Kerry, who was supposed to hand over the house to us. It was left up to us to introduce ourselves to her & to say she knew nothing about the property she was handing over to us would be a vast understatement. She was really not interested in us, did not take us for a walk through the house & could not even tell us where the water meter was. Both my partner, son & myself found her uncaring & unhelpful & I would be surprised if Truelove Property knew how badly she had represented them. It’s not enough to tell new homeowners that all the answers are in a bunch of brochures in a drawer in the kitchen. When I asked her how to turn on the fridge/freezer she looked at me as if I had asked the most unreasonable question & waved at the drawer & said the information was in there like I was some sort of half wit. When I explained (through clenched teeth) that there was no plug, it was the only time she got animated enough to phone Truelove & ask for help. They on the other hand reacted very quickly & sent someone straight over to rectify the situation. We all found Kerry to be rude, uncooperative & surly & would not want her representing us. We knew more about the house than she did........shame on her. We were going to give either 3 or 4 stars because of Kerry but that would not have been a true reflection of the outstanding service we received from Matt, Jared & Georgie. Thanks you three, you did an outstanding job & should be proud of yourselves.

GoogleSo I was a first time buyer and William h Brown nottingham city centre branch was the one for me. The staff are bubbly with great personalities. Arun was very polite and helpful and Tom was brilliant. Mandy kept me and the husband up-to-date with everything and we've finally have the keys. Me and my husband went to collect the keys and we got a massive congratulations from Arun. Thank you for all the help and support along the way of this buying process. Much appreciated! Me and my little family have now have a house of our own. Thank you once again.

GoogleShocking service !!! Would not recommend Nottingham city branch !!! Poor communications. Nearly never responded to emails - shockingly expensive compering to other estate agents. Rude and sarcastic over the phone. Had the house valued for around 130k by few people. When it came to sale the buyers valuer from Bank said my house is only worth 120k , the lowest price I ever got. So William h brown rang me that the offer won’t be as high because it was only valued for 120k I said to them but every person valuing the house has valued it for much higher. I said don’t you think it’s a bit weird that their valuer has valued it for much less ? I mentioned that it always varies depending who you use. Anyway I had 5 offers on the house and all of them were higher then 120k. And the lady from William h brown replayed this : “ Yes it could be 100k as well so you should be happy that you getting 120k , are you accepting the new offer or not” Of course I am not accepting it !!! Instead in acting in my favour and helping me out - and fighting for my house to be sold in the best price she wanted to agree that we went from the highest offer to the lowest offer. If you would sell your houses using 2% or 1.5% fee of the total sale of the price then you would fight to sell the house for the highest price but as you have fixed fees for sales you were not bothered what price will be the house sold !! That’s the Truth !!! Rude !!! Shocking !!! Unprofessional !!!! I wouldn’t use u at all if I could - but I had to sell my property ASAP that’s why had to handle with all your unprofessional behaviour. Didn’t have time to swap estate agents otherwise would do it without any doubt ! Only care about money - customer is not important at all - after sale they didn’t even bother calling and asking how things went only how much I need to pay and when to give the keys to the buyer. No informations were given of how things will Actually work and what should I do - luckily I was in direct contact with the buyer of my house so I didn’t have to speak to them to avoid any disappointment and miss communications. Told my solicitor they highest fee for sale. When we agreed a smaller price - couldn’t change that fee for weeks as the branch manager was always unavailable - and every other staff member in that branch knew only about the highest fee not what I agreed with the branch manager - lack of communications !!! Will never use them again !!! Recommend staying away from them other people as well !

GoogleWhat an absolute pleasure dealing with this company!! Amazing customer service, kept me updated and a personable friendly service. They sold my house in 2 weeks and for more than I thought it would achieve! All the staff in the branch are always smart, make you feel very welcome and are great at communicating at every point. Mandy was my contact , she was obviously extremely experienced and made everything so stress free! I speak to her most days and the conversation is always polite and informative! Some estate agents get a bad rep but I would honestly recommend them to anyone thinking of using them! My advice is to look no further!!

GoogleI have never been a landlord before and have had Tiana help me through doing the usual paperwork etc and also explaining things to me that I don't understand. There has been a lot of hurdles (and that's a understatement)as I live overseas at the moment and Tiana has gone out of her way to help with it all. If I didn't have her I think I would have given up and sold the property.
