I am very satisfied that the company promptly assessed my problem and addressed it through back-to-back emails and calls. My landlord is very difficult to deal with, but Danielle Leach, the individual I dealt with, was ideal. She sorted out my issue in no time, and I am very satisfied with her promptness in communication and feedback. She handled the matter efficiently and quickly, so I give her five stars. GoogleA great team! I've dealt with several agents before, and simply not a fan of estate agents, but the team here were great. Really struggled to sell my house with my previous agents and we even had difficulty here but the team pushed on to get it sold. Nicole and Megan in particular were excellent and was key to managing the house and selling. First time dealing with agents where I didn't have to chase - I was always kept upto date and they did what was best for me. Not like other agents, I even got a lovely rendition of happy birthday from the office on a call. I highly recommend the team here. Nicole and Megan deserves a pat on the back from the senior team for how they handled the sale and on their advice. Highly recommend them and will hopefully do more work together in the future.

GoogleContacted WIlliam H Brown after finding a property for rent add on RightMove. From the beginning of the process, everything was very professional. Luke was especially very helpful and patient in guiding and finalising through the rental process. This was my first time renting a house in the UK after a year in halls. Everything went very smoothly. It's almost been a month since I've moved in and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Really appreciate it!

I have used other estate agents in the past, and I must say none have been as professional and so eager to do what they can to help. I personally dealt with Luke, who was a joy. GoogleCannot fault the service we've received so far on renting our house out. It's the 1st time we've done this and was quite nervous of the whole process, especially as we were leaving the Country. Communication was the biggest thing for us and it has been excellent from Tiana! Any time we send and email we get a reply quickly with the information we require. It's been a lot easier than we expected and hope it continues that way. I would definitely recommend this branch and thanks Danny & Tiana for their continued help and support.
