I’ve had so many issues with my solicitors and getting in contact with them, but Megan has been absolutely amazing trying to help me out with updates and sorting the process from her side. She has gone above and beyond and I’m extremely grateful for all her help! Definitely recommend!

GoogleBilaal was really helpful, he kept us up to date about the mortgage application progress and really advocated for us to the lender. He took time to explain everything and let us ask as many questions as necessary. As first time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Not very professional at all, You should be checking to see whether you have permission before contacting customers.

GoogleIt was a 5-star review, but I found the service becomes very inefficient after we moved in. I am specifically referring to my agent Luke. Firstly, me and my roommate only got one key from him, it's really inconvenient. The property management company refused to give us a copy of the key fobs, because we are not the landlord. Secondly, Luke didn't give us the bank details to make payment with. I called him 4 times and sent 1 email since last Wednesday, he told me to send it to me by now every time I called him, but I never received it until today after I called him again. But now, I am in 3 days of arrears. I don't understand why did it take so long to just send me some numbers, I think he is the only person who knows. Unfortunately, I think a 5-star review is not appropriate anymore. I still recommend William H Brown, they got excellent letting support service, I really appreciate their help.

GoogleCan’t fault this agents at all; Jared has been my main point of contact for a purchase and I can’t rate him highly enough. Ollie provided some excellent financial advice and his brokering service is top notch. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend; the service from these guys is professional, polite, friendly, courteous and they always get back to emails and calls promptly.
