Peace of mind is what I needed and someone to manage my tenants professionally as I would myself if I was there. I had such a fantastic experience with Libby and the lettings team at William H Brown that I felt they really deserved a review. From the very beginning, Libby was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Moving or renting a property can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but Libby made everything feel straightforward and easy. She was always happy to answer questions, explain anything I wasn’t sure about, and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how proactive and organised the team were. Communication was excellent, they were quick to respond, kept me informed, and made sure nothing was missed. It felt like they genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible rather than just rushing through the process. Libby in particular went above and beyond. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident that everything was being handled properly. The whole lettings team were also fantastic and worked together really well. It’s clear they have a strong team environment and that they take pride in providing a high level of service. Because of their efficiency and organisation, the process moved quickly and smoothly, which made a huge difference. Had an amazing experience with Phoebe. This was my first time buying a house and was unsure of the process but it was made very clear and into a very easy process. She is clearly very knowledgable about the mortgage and estate agency process. Phoebe negotiated the price on my chosen house which saved me thousands of pounds. Everything was done quickly and even sorted things whilst she was on annual leave to allow forward progress to be made which was much appreciated.
