GoogleThe team at William H Brown was excellent from start to finish. Initially we went for a mortgage consultation with Haaris, and now we are our first home! Communication was excellent too, Haaris and Megan were always an email or phone call away. The whole process was explained to us which made buying our first house as easy as possible. GoogleWe bought our new home through William H Brown. Had a great experience with a friendly team, but especially Bilaal Esmail. He helped us a lot with our complicated mortgage application, he explained everything in detail, updated us on a regular basis, was available to talk to us at all times and in general was very supportive and reassuring while we were stressing. GoogleED, Max, Libby and Danny from the Lettings team were great, start to finish they signposted the process and found me great tenants. helped with the inventory, legal documents etc. i went into the branch for some help and genuinely felt like part of the furniture. even got a cup of tea! anyone after a team who cares and puts you first.. WHB nottingham lettings is the place to go. thank you guys

The support was simplified making the process straightforward and clear for us and the journey to getting the lender, building insurance and life insurance was made less daunting. GoogleAwful overall... super friendly service to start with and had it tenanted quickly but that's where the good stuff ends and the nightmare begins... the tenants were not "ideal tenants" as they had said, of course they did not let you have much information about who they are prior to agreeing to take them on. You have no choice in who you take on essentially. Wouldn't be surprised if they promised the tenants something you had not agreed to and blamed the landlord for not delivering. Oh, in addition they have expensive hidden fees so if you think you are getting a good deal you are not. They as any others hide behind their well drafted terms of business, of course they lure you in on other terms but this is just verbally mentioned to you. Good agents are hard to find unfortunately.
