I'm a tenant at one of the properties they are selling at auction. I've been trying since December to get in contact with the owner, the landlord or some sort of management/agent Sdl have turned up taken pictures and said they would pass my messages on to the necessary people add 10 months later, the property hasn't sold and no one has been in contact. They treat you like rubbish and judge you over the phone, rather than try and help they deny personal responsibility over the phone. I don't understand why you would do a job you don't want or are not able to do, It's like being a paramedic but not knowing or willing to do CPR.

My first time at a property auction. On the day the property did not reach the reserve. After showing interest It was promptly followed up by Sam Rashid. Sam talked me through the process and I gave my maximum offer. Despite resistance from the vendor and several hours later Sam managed to get the deal done that day... My advice is set your budget and get the expertise off SDL representatives to help you..... thanks Sam

Elliott was fantastic from start to end, from giving us the in’s and out’s of the process to deciding the best options. All was completed quickly, and pretty much painless. Ray got the job done

I can't thank Ray and SDL enough for delivering exactly what they said they would do - sell our property and complete within 30 days. Ray understood the sensitivity of the situation (selling our late Dad's property) and at every stage was there to answer my questions. We'd tried to sell previously via two different estate agents, always felt we were a bother to them, rarely spoke to the same person twice. This was a totally different experience, my only regret being that we hadn't spoke to Ray sooner. The marketing Ray did was exceptional especially the drone footage. It meant we got lots of interest and on the day sold for our reserve price. The process thereafter was swift and stress-free. Our family can now close this chapter of our lives and move forward. My experience of Buying & Selling with SDL

I recently sold my Nuclear Bunker through SDL.From my first contact with Jim Demitriou who where's many hats within the company but walked me through the sale of the property from start to finnish flawlessly. They have a massive bank of established contacts within the broader marketing of a property. Within 1 day it was in rightmove within 10 days of marketing my property was in several national papers, The Sun, The Mirror, the Independent, countless Gazzettes & even Fox Business News in America. All this aided the property to reach its optimum sale price. This is also great for the buyer. At the end of the day, if you don't know something is for sale, you can't buy it!How many times have you been told by a friend, "Did you see that property in Fred Bloggs Auctioneers 2 months ago, it would have been perfect for you!"With SDL you will be telling your friend 2 weeks before the Auction, "Look at this property, I think it will be perfect for me!"I have also purchased through SDL in the past, and again found the process stress free from the Auction to completion and found the description of the property To be accurate, I broke the cardinal rule of not viewing before buying but again, from my experience, you are definitely getting what is described.

I had a fantastic experience with SDL Property Auctions and I had a lot of dealings with Jim Demitriou especially.Jim helped me out with my sale,gave me great advice on the guide price, so that I got a great sale price. Plus because of my health problems he went that extra mile and helped me out with my problems and helped me a lot, to fill in my solicitors forms, as I really was unwell for around 3 months before the sale. I would highly recommend that you use SDL Property Auctions to sell your property for you. They were fantastic with me, and I met Jim Demitriou personally, he was brilliant with me and my poor health.
