Couldn’t get the video of the auctioneer to work. The rest of the website was ok but had to change from internet bid to phone bid before my lot came up. Fortunately your staff were very good and everything went well.
It’s disappointing to hear you had internet issues on auction day. The live video stream is run by our partners at Essential Information Group, and we will make sure they are aware of the connection issues this month.
