Bad customer service don’t reply to emails. And don’t keep you updated on your property once you sign the contract with them . Not enough exposure for marketing and not enough interest to get a fair price for my property. Better service if you are buying rather than selling.

GoogleDodgy company. Told us a lot was going into auction and no offer would be accepted prior. Then all of a sudden offer was accepted and viewings canceled. Why are your guide prices so low as well, do you not know how to value properties. Ridiculous pathetic company
We’re sorry you felt the need to leave us this feedback and saddened to hear about your experience with us. We are often advised by sellers that they will not accept pre-auction offers. We are obliged to advise our sellers of any offers received and in some cases the seller will change their mind and accept the offer. This is totally beyond our control and we naturally act upon the instructions of our client. In terms of guide prices, we price our properties for auction. It is not an open market valuation. This is to generate interest and competitive bidding in the auction. Gave clever advice on setting the auction price and achieved an amazing “del boy auction” moment price level! Honestly cannot praise them and their work rate enough.
