Don’t buy from this scammer’s!!!!!Legal pac is so poor , tenantcy agreement Heiden no the legal pac under the file named other documents For the property sold 59000£ they charge 8000£ fee’sI have follow different auction I believe they’re pushing the bit up by them self.They are pushing the buyer to find solicitor or conveyanceing representative in 48 hours otherwise you loose the deposit . They will call-to offer you the reference conveyanceing and they will charge 250£ for this reference!

Regarding our level of fees charged, these are stated clearly on all our advertising materials. Additional fees may be included at the seller’s discretion, separate to SDL Property Auctions. Any such fees are declared in the legal pack (which appears to be the case here). The legal pack is prepared by the seller’s solicitor, and we strongly advise in both our Buyer’s Terms and Auction Conduct Guide on our website that all bidders check the pack and raise any enquiries they deem necessary prior to bidding. If you are concerned by any documentation, we recommend raising this through your solicitors. Successful bidders are required to appoint a solicitor quickly because there is limited time for completion; we work with third party conveyancers that are familiar with the auction process to help anybody who may not yet have a solicitor in mind, however we do our best to be clear that you are under no obligation to use their services before passing over your details to be quoted. If you feel that you have any further concerns, please call our team on 0800 046 5454 and we will be happy to help.

Useless - make it really hard to find out more and book a viewing. Had to ask twice, then get told that you can book via a link, which they don't provide, other than a link direct to their site.Needs to understand the concept of helping people to buy property from them, or they will go somewhere else. It should be pretty simply, but estate agents don't seen to be able to understand this.

We try to make all our processes as simple as possible so buying and selling with us is as faff-free as it can be. For clarity, we have a button on each of our property listings to book a viewing slot directly into our diaries. We do hope you'll look to book a viewing for a property in our next auction.

Avoid at all cost! They will refuse to return your 6000£ auction reservation fee once you wont be able to buy actioned property. Management will talk to you like you are a bucket of shiz, Miss J is a bish with an attitude. I am in this process for 5months now and they are absolute pain to deal with. I have to get solicitors to deal with this now. AVOID!!!!!!Update on 15/11/2022After 10 days I got an official statement that basically said that the auction fee is non refundable (i understand that) except that there was no sale ! I have no property, no 6000£ i paid in reservation fee. I have to get litigation lawyer now to make things even more complicated ! THIS IS TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST THEY will not deal with anything, just condescending minimal communication, like talking with actually evil cyborgs. Avoid this scam. Rather be homeless. They are making money of people by collecting non refundable auction fees and offering properties that are not fit for sale LEGALLY. Then tell you oh well, we still taking the 6k ! You can talk to Ombudsman if you dont likey :)Update on 8/12/2022Lee Smith just offered me 600£ as a compensation fee which is 10times less than what they took from me for no service. Also he said if i dont like that i can go to ombudsman. I will go to police instead :)AVOID AVOID AVOID! No sale, no refunds!that’s their policy !!!!!!

The Auction was supposed to begin at 10.30am. but the auctioneer waffled on for almost 30mins. I was at work and trying to watch at the prescribed time. I was very disappointed that I could not watch the lot I was interested in.

If you are looking on this site then you are the same as i was when looking for an auction house to sell our property,nervous and full of apprehension.I bit the bullet and went with SDL and have to say from day one they have been excellent.We were looked after by Neal Hume who was always there if we needed any information and guided us through the whole process.He covers a large area of the midlands but always found time to reply to my emails or phone calls.The house sold for above the reserve price so very happy.
