Had a viewing at a property with Joe who was really helpful and knew lots of information about the property and was able to answer all the questions I had, especially about the actual area the property was situated in which was super useful and made my view of the property even better! Absolutely loved the property and Joe was able to tell me exactly how to submit an application which I did straight after the viewing had finished.

I have given you a five star because I found your Agent Joe waiting for me that is punctuality. He greeted me with my name. Which show he knew whom to expect and that he knew is clients. He moved with me around and shew me the house. That means he was familiar with what he is showing the clients answering all the questions with confidence. I viewed a property yesterday through Robert Ellis (Beeston). Joe greeted me when i arrived, he came across as very well presented, well mannered and approachable. He talked to me about the property and answered any questions i had. He was also kind enough to let me wait so i could show my mum around as she was stuck in roadworks. We chose Robert Ellis to sell our house following recommendations from family and friends who had also used their services. Right from the start we found them to be very professional and efficient they provided excellent photographs and descriptions Our sales advisor was Hollie who was very proactive and attracted early viewing and offers. We had already found our new home and where keen to complete the sale but unfortunately hit a legal snag out of everyone's control. We were very stressed by the delay and without the help and support of the staff and directors at Robert Ellis and their persistence in helping to resolve the issues we would probably still be waiting to complete the move. Viewed a property today that was to let through Robert Ellis. Communication has been fantastic since showing an interest in the property. Met with Joe who was the estate agent who showed me around the property. Joe arrived on time and was pleasant throughout, answering all questions that were asked. After viewing the property I went into the Robert Ellis branch in Beeston to fill out an application form. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for such an easy and pleasant experience with my first rented accommodation.
