Nicole Beales at Robert Ellis made sure my difficult house sale at a difficult time was not so difficult! Due to being locked down in Scotland Nicole went above and beyond helping me source cleaners and decorators in the area to get the house ready for sale without me even going down once! Really took a lot of stress out of the situation and she always answered the phone cheerily (despite how many times I phoned!). She also chased the solicitors on both sides for me and I can’t thank her enough :).

Me and my partner planned to move whilst I was heavily pregnant it was a hard and difficult time as we was in a one bed originally. I turned to Robert Ellis Stapleford and we got put through to a lady called Millie she worked so so hard to get us a nice house in time for our little one arriving and we couldn't be more appreciative about that. She was professional, reliable and did everything she could as well as being so kind to us. We are now settled in our new home and couldn't be more happy. I would like to say some words of appreciation for the Robert Ellis team in Stapleford for their hard work in finding me a place to rent. I had been looking for a house in Stapleford for several months but seemed to fall short every time due to the high demand of people looking to rent. No matter how despondent I became the team never gave up on finding me places to view. I'd especially like to draw attention to Millie Sutton who went above and beyond in ensuring I found somewhere to live, it felt at times like it was her holy grail. Her attention and professionalism was incredible and with out her dedication I wouldn't be in my house now. The beginning of the process wasn't great, with rushed poorly taken photos, having to chase feedback from prospective purchaser visits and even having the photographer not show when an appointment was made to take fresh photos. After finally getting the requested photos to be re-taken, Debbie Marlow (Stapleford office) took over the sales process and almost straight away she negotiated the sale. Despite receiving an astronomical quote from a Robert Ellis recommended company for some remedial work on the house, Debbie was brilliant at navigating through the fine detail of the sale. At every step she communicated fully with me, when she said 'ill call you back she always did. Debbie gave me real confidence that she would get the sale over the line, which she did on the exact date she predicted. If Debbie had been with us from the beginning I have no doubt I'd be giving 5 stars

I had 6 weeks, after accepting a job offer, to find somewhere to live in Nottingham, and trying to arrange property viewings while in another county (2 hours away), during the pandemic was proving to be fruitless. Both the market and the fact that I was working full time (including weekends) made it extremely difficult to secure any property. After a few failed attempts at trying to rent a home, I was lucky to make contact with Amy from the Robert Ellis, Stapleford branch. She was amazing at consistently returning my emails and phone calls and really empathised with my situation of trying to find somewhere to live very short noticed. She was able to arrange viewings for me and helped me through the whole process from viewing properties to signing the tenancy agreement. She was attentive, understanding and quick to take action. They truly have made buying my first property a breeze.
