We recently purchased a house with Robert Ellis. They couldn't have been more helpful. Debbie is a star and went above and beyond during the stressful period. She was a great communicator, and provided clear instructions for us first time buyers. We also received a surprise, of lovely treats and vouchers for moving in when we collected the keys. To top it all off, Debbie then rang to check the next day to see if we were okay in the house. Thank you to everyone at Robert Ellis that helped us, especially Debbie.

I have used Robert Ellis in the past to both sell my house, and buy my current house and I have always found them both professional and friendly, so I didn’t hesitate to use them again when I lost my Dad and needed to sell his house. Nathan and Lorraine were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. They did all the viewings and the house sold quickly. Unfortunately, the purchaser pulled out due to personal issues close to completion, but the house went back on the market the next day and another buyer was found. I was kept well informed of progress and developments throughout the long process. I would recommend them if you are moving home.

We have just sold our home through Robert Ellis Stapleford (and bought with Robert Ellis Beeston - also super helpful!). The valuation of our home from Robert Ellis seemed significantly more informed than the other estate agents we invited for a valuation, and they clearly had a good understanding of the local market. Prior to the photos, we were in the final stages of our renovation, and Nathan (the valuer) gave good advice on what was important to complete, and what things would not be worth the effort of doing. The photos and advert were of a high quality, and it was good to have the 3d view on offer for potential buyers (we certainly found this very useful when looking at properties to buy). We sold the house within a week of the advert being published, for a price we were very happy with, and Robert Ellis liaised effectively with potential buyers throughout. Once we’d accepted an offer, our sale was handled by Lorraine. She was fantastic throughout the process - she kept us updated on developments and helped move things along with our buyers’ solicitors when things were not progressing as they should. She was very responsive, and was an excellent source of advice and overall we felt in safe hands throughout the process. Staff members clearly have a strong understanding of the area, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I have recently sold a bungalow with Robert Ellis Stapleford. It was valued by Nathan at a price I was happy with. Catherine took photos and the sales leaflet was produced which was well presented. Nathan gave me good advice on what and what not to do. There were two very interested parties within a week who both offered the full amount. I opted for the one with no chain, but felt sorry for the others though! On accepting the offer the sale was handled by Debbie Marlow who was great throughout the process. She updated me regularly and liased with my solicitors as required. Debbie also helped me with paperwork from my solicitors which was a big help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Ellis Stapleford and all the team.

BUYING: Beth at Robert Ellis Stapleford was absolutely fantastic during our purchase, kept us updated even though we were really impatient (!), organised contractor quotes for us and helped us correspond with the seller. She made the experience much less stressful than it would otherwise have been. We have had terrible experiences with Robert Ellis Long Eaton to the point where we were actively ruling out potential properties because they were listed with Robert Ellis (!) But the Stapleford branch is nothing like the Long Eaton branch! Our experience with the Stapleford branch has been amazing :) LETTING: Amy was amazing and sorted my property being let within a matter of days. She handled complications with the certification process quickly on my behalf, liaised regularly with the tenants, and was great to deal with. I've had nothing but good experiences with the Stapleford branch and I'm so pleased that I chose them to let and manage my property.
