Ryan was very courteous and professional. I personally appreciated the quick response to my request for viewing, the reminders, and the timing were great. Infact, I found him waiting patiently and he took his time to take us through all the sections of the house. His knowledge of the property and surroundings is plausible. Claire Greensmith, the Branch Manager at Robert Ellis in Stapleford was the agent in charge of our sale and we could not praise her enough. Claire was organised, calm and efficient, answered our queries whether by email or phone very promptly and gave us simple straightforward advice along the way. She was patient and obliging with us as we raised all sorts of queries along the way and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. We were in a long chain and Claire did here utmost to ensure that this did not collapse and were able to complete our sale and purchase as planned. We could not recommend Claire more highly.

Helene Sutton was extremely efficient & also extremely helpful. I didn’t have to wait around for her to come, in fact she was early, which is a big plus for me, it shows how efficient that my application is going to be treated.. I’ve never private rented before, I explained this to Helene & she couldn’t have been more helpful & I know that the service I will get here on in, will be excellent too.. I also feel that any questions I may have, if Helene doesn’t know the information, she’ll go & find out for me, therefore making my experience with the agency a lot smoother & less of a headache.

Viewed a property with Helene today, unfortunately wasn't the property for us so we are still looking. As for the service from Robert ellis, iv always been treated with great respect and kindness from every member of the team. Helene was fantastic and really knowledgeable on the property in question and even though it wasn't for us she still let me know about another property in the area that might be better suited which was really appreciated.

I dont have the best opinion of robert ellis due to them not sending confirmations and them not specifying whether pets are allowed on their listing's. However, the people that work there are lovely. I went to a viewing and Helene was supposed to show me around the property, the landlord kind of took over and made quite a few sexist comments while we were going around the property. Helene offered insight where needed, was friendly l and was very polite throughout the viewing. Overall I think she handled it very professionally.

Where do I start, Beth at Robert Ellis Stapleford has been handling our sale and purchase. There have been a few bumps in the road and I was concerned we were never going to get to this point. We have now exchanged and we couldn't be happier. Beth is warm friendly and no question or ask is ever too much. Beth often goes above and beyond to ensure her vendors are happy and in the loop with progress not only that Beth ensures you feel important and informed at every stage. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she definitely deserves a large glass of something after answering all of my questions. From first valuation and viewings Robert Ellis on a whole have been fantastic, everyone we have had contact with have been professional and polite. We don't ever plan to do this again as we believe we have new secured our forever home for our family but if we did we would definitely list with Robert Ellis. I can’t thank the staff at Robert Ellis Stapleford enough especially Daniel. Originally I was with Saint who made a right mess of managing my letting e.g. not registering the bond, accounting mistakes, not chasing overdue rent. I asked Robert Ellis for advice and help, Daniel guided me and took over sorting all my problems out. I can’t thank Daniel enough for what he has done and would highly recommend Daniel and the staff at Robert Ellis Stapleford to anyone wanting to let, lease or buying a house to use Robert Ellis. Cannot fault the company at all. From the valuation, the superb photographs of the property and continued support along the way.Things didn't quite work out as well as we would have liked but that was in no way a reflection on Robert Ellis - just the current market. I am certainly glad I chose Robert Ellis Estate Agents to sell my property. The sale was not the easiest and my solicitors were not the best. Beth has gone over and above what can normally be expected of your estate agent. When Beth was on leave there was always another member of the team to step in. I relied on them totally when I couldn't obtain information from my solicitor. They would phone my solicitor for me, or my buyers solicitor nothing was too much trouble for them. I feel they really carried me through the process. They are knowledgeable do what they say they are going to do. I felt confident I could trust Beth knowing I was in good hands. I would definitely use them again. In fact I am doing with the sale of another property. These are the guys to go with!
