GoogleAn abnormal amount of issues with receiving deposits, high level of poor customer service and a serious lack of communication within the organisation. These are just a few issues which myself and other housemates have received whilst dealing with Purple Frog.

GoogleTerrible letting agency, didn't respond when asked to fix issues with the house, including damp, boiler not working, etc They are disorganised and don't respond to emails, and even once they do they don't send anyone to fix the issues. Don't use this agency.

Googlepurple frog need to be avoided at all all costs they ruin lives from negligence never ever dealt with such an unprofessional business who take your money as a landlord or tenant

GoogleThis company is pathetic. They fail to respond to phone calls, have no answer phone and do not pass on messages internally. My son has had to move out as his flat was flooded and they did nothing for over a week. Do not rent through them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
