Charged for a mattress that was stained underneath which we did not discover till half way through the year. Only got part of the deposit back. Awful at answering emails. Rob you blind

Do not rent off this company, they will rob you blind and will blame you and try and charge you for things they have no right to charge you for. Including bills you have already paid. Filthy flats as well, no cleaning between tenants.

Ridiculous agency with absolutely no regard for their tenants, cut corners and take the Micky! Don’t infirm their tenants of any changes in rent and hate returning customers, if you’re planning on going with oaks, reconsider and find an agency that doesn’t exploit students

GoogleHorribly unfriendly people! Walked in, looking for a place to live. Got ignore by 8 people, apparently doing almost nothing, untill i introduced myself. Got told "haven't got anyfink. Anyfing ewse?" In the most mean disrespectful tone you could imagine! Horrible to people for no reason...

GoogleOkay, if maybe a bit slow sometimes and hard to contact at points. Do just drop in with barely any notice, be prepared to wait for any major repairs

GoogleDiabolical customer service on the phone. Asked if I could pick up keys for property a day early, woman just said no. Not even providing an explanation as to why when pushed. Very rude and lazy staff who get vastly more money than they deserve.

GoogleAbsolutely awful, moved into a house with mould, broken blinds, one housemate even got given a key that didn't let him into the house. Broken lights, electrical points hanging off the walls. I hope they fix it all

This is the worst student letting agency ever. Never reply to your phone calls, late on deposit repayments and extremely poor when it comes to maintenance issues. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!If I could give them 0 stars I would.

No communication and will just appear at your flat expecting you to accept viewings or let them film your flat with no prior notice. Avoid this company as they'll give you verbal abuse whenever you state your rights!!

GoogleAbsolutely awful landlords. They want to steal your money!! Had some many problems in my flat, and they took weeks after we first called them, to come sort the problem. The staff are rude and borderline stupid. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

GoogleI have been dealing with Oak for the last several weeks about a flat for September 2017 and despite there being some issues with flatmates, they have been nothing but approachable, considerate, flexible and professional. I'm so impressed with them!

GoogleI honestly wish i could give 1 star. I would highly recommend finding private accommodation with another letts. Our flat was a MESS when we moved in AND they charge you for no reason!

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Rubbish customer service, we reported a problem with our boiler the day it broke , it's been six days since and they still haven't been to fix it and its been 13 degrees inside and its getting colder!
