GoogleAlthough helpful in the past......After two men forcing entry to my daughters flat in the early hours I requested a chain for her safety. It was refused and my email that followed, ignored. Very unprofessional.

GoogleCalled on a Tuesday at 2pm. Was told the office was closed and to call back during working hours. Would be great to know when them times are?! Nothing but difficulty, feels unorganised etc. Wouldn't recommend.

Repeatedly told issues with damp and broken property and none of them addressed 5 months in.No heating installed for two months, double glasing seals broken in all rooms, all whilst in the middle of winter.

GoogleViolate students completely. Lack of customer service. Poor management. Took them weeks to fix a broken window. Everything in house was broken and replaced with more broken things. Robbery of deposit.

GoogleI was charged £2.50 to use a card on a deposit payment. After the payment was made I was alerted to the fact you can transfer the money instead without a fee.

GoogleOak Student Letts have been super helpful throughout the year, making me feel comfortable during my first year of university. Any problems were dealt with really quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Booked an appointment to view 2 properties. Got let down an hour before my appointment as they ' didn't realise the properties had sold ' so unorganised and unprofessional
