Google9 yrs living in the property, despite numerous emails and promises. These pics are from yesterday.. rent keeps going up.. enough Northwood !

GoogleGenuinely do not know how these guys operate or even stay afloat. Their levels of customer service is absolutely shocking at best and ignorant and vaguely moronic at worst. A multitude of miscommunications, failed call backs, misinformation and general lacklustre approach left me utterly confused?? Wouldn't let my property through them, woulnt rent a property off them and certainly wouldn't trust them to write a property description (guys... Proof read before posting!!!!)

GoogleI would definitely recommend this company to anyone, especially after I went with bigger companies before. This company were far more attentive than the rest I had tried with nothing too much trouble. My agent was Lucy and she was always pleasant and professional.

GoogleI invited Northwood to look at my 3 bedroom rental property in Sherwood to consider renting through them. The property is immaculate, newly decorated with a brand new kitchen & bathroom. Do not use these people. Rude, unpleasant rep called Paul suggested an incredibly low rental price and treated me like an idiot. Disgraceful

GoogleAn honest review: amazing agent. The contract went smooth, they informed me for a viewing in advance and were there on time. Anytime I get any trouble, they book a repair for the next day. If you’re lucky and got Sarah, your tenancy will be so smooth

GoogleI was their tenant for almost 3 years, we had some issues during our stay but these guys tried to sort out everything in time. At the end of the tenancy agreement, Paul did the final inspection and we agreed that everything was spot on. They paid the deposit back without any fuss. Thanks and good luck

GoogleViewing of the property seemed rushed. Move in status of the property (documented in the photos) was not good: broken appliances, mould, carpet not cleaned, water damaged paint, etc. Eventually Northwood addressed some of the main issues (broken washing machine and fridge/freezer). Two stars because Northwood made an effort.
