Dawn has been absolutely amazing. I've been managing my properties for a while, and after some difficult life events i needed to find somewhere reliable. I have now been with them for about 4 months, they have found tenants and helped manage repairs for the property. I found Dawn to be great at commincating, creating a safe space to talk about any concerns, reliable and consistent. I can't thank them enough, they have been so patient and kind during a difficult time.

Terrible experience. Booked in a viewing. Turned up. Baring in mind I don’t drive and came from burton it’s cost me £20 to have to ring them and they tell me the viewing “should” have been cancelled and all people were rung this morning. Clearly not everybody as I was missed. I had email confirmation of the viewing. I then spoke with Dawn who was supposedly a manager who apologised for it and said “well that’s all I can do” after explaining the situation. Absolutely appalling and disgusted by their service or lack of. Would avoid at all costs They lost the property to another company who has confirmed a viewing for me. Which was not communicated by Northwood. Clearly there’s a pattern here

The whole process from initial enquiry, viewing the appointment to signing the contract with Dawn Moore at Northwood has been very pleasant. We had been searching for a home for several months and had viewed many houses with a lot of different agents and finally found the perfect place in the NG5 area from Northwood thanks to Dawn. She gave us the viewing appointment over the phone on the same day we inquired. The house was renovated and cleaned before the viewing appointment; Dawn was friendly, supportive, and incredibly flexible. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out, if it weren’t for her support, we wouldn’t have secured this house. Northwood was a professional letting agency and the team was very responsive. They treated us with respect and gave us timely responses. Special thanks to Dawn, because she made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we can confidently say she’s the best letting agent we’ve come across so far. We highly recommend Northwood and really appreciate Dawn’s support !

Overall I'm happy with the agency, prompt communication from them when repair work need to be dealt with, however I had a time when I felt my request had been ignored. But apart from that every staff is very professional, polite and helpful especially Elizabeth Bourn. I know my landlord has been using them a long time and they are very happy with Northwood. Highly recommend them.

The whole process from first enquiring about a viewing to signing a contract has been very pleasant. Our enquiry was quickly responded to and a viewing was arranged smoothly. We were shown around the property by Dawn, who displayed great knowledge about the property and was genuinely very kind and helpful. After the viewing, it was easy to make a formal application for the property, and any questions we had during the process were quickly answered by the very helpful property manager, Julia. Throughout the process we have found that Julia and the Northwood team has provided us with all the information needed at the different stages, both by providing forms and documents as well as answering any questions we might have had. We became aware of Northwood by finding a property in Nottingham that was being rented by them. The entire process of: viewings, the paperwork and checks, the handover of keys, and even the after-service was easy and straightforward. The communication was clear, the process was thorough but simple and well explained. We found Dawn and the team to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick to return calls and messages. Due to the above, we have now used Northwood Nottingham for letting out a property for us. They have managed contractors, arranged certification, done an inventory and full condition report. They completely manage the interface with the tenants including collection of the rent, then make a payment into my account with a full statement each month. I’d recommend Northwood Nottingham whether you’re a landlord or a tenant.

I don’t generally leave a review for work undertaken but the excellent service delivered by Northwood has, on this occasion, change my mind. Having had a poor experience with my previous Letting Agent in their delivery of a Let Only service, I chose to shop around. My initial hesitation with Northwood, was that they were a national chain and whether they could deliver something locally. From my first engagement, they came across as very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to address my reservations arising from my previous experience and came across as being well informed and flexible even though this was a standard service to them. After advertising the property on the Wednesday, they had secured a suitable tenant by the Friday. Whilst this reflects the current rental market, I feel it is also down to Northwood through their promotion and arrangements. Dawn was the main point of contact at Northwood and she is certainly up-to-date with all legal aspects and landlord obligations as well as knowing the local market. From this engagement, I would have no hesitation in using Northwood again and recommending their lettings service.

I have just let my main house out via Northwood Lettings and could not be more pleased and impressed with their service. In a former life I was a reasonably large portfolio landlord with a fairly large portfolio across the Nottingham area and beyond. As such, I have had many years of experience of a number of letting agents in the Nottingham area and to be fair, in the main, they have all performed pretty well over the years and I have been happy. However, I have to say that Northwood and in particular Dawn have been simply exceptional- the level of service that I have received has quite simply been incredible. Excellent comms, very friendly service, competitive fee structures, easy paperwork and organising trades have been particular highlights. My house actually received 4 x full asking price rental offers within the first 7 x days of being marketed by Northwood! To say that I was stunned and impressed would be quite the understatement- my house was at the more expensive end of the market and I had expected that it would take a number of months to secure the right incoming tenant, at the price that was asking. How wrong I was, tenant found, referenced and fully moved in within 4 x weeks!!!! I would whole heartedly recommend Northwood if you are considering renting out your property, you really will not be disappointed. Thank you Dawn and thank you Northwood.
