GoogleRang yesterday and a woman answered my query in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We were complaining about the door for months now instead of handling the situation in a professional manner she even said to just continue to use the main door until its completely broken.So we will wait until we cannot get inside the house?
We been complaining it since february until now cant be fixed no updates unless you will call them multiple times.
Since february we need to ring them every week for follow up. It is a safety issue to us, there are nights that someone try to open it and it only my wife and 2 kids are in the house it gives my family anxiety. Also, its getting harder to get inside the house. Having vulnerable people at home should have been taken into account
This agency deserves to be reported to actually handle their clients seriously and with respect.
