GoogleUsed Nicholas Humphreys for our student house last year and have just used them again for this year. Fast communication, good houses and easy to work with staff. Would recommend to students as the process was simple. Heidi has been especially helpful.

Googlewe dealt with William for student lets at Nottingham - and he was always really helpful and prompt. We let via NH for 2 years and have only positive things to say - we wish William had managed the property as well. Shelley was also really helpful when we had an issue on move out.

GoogleWas very difficult to get in contact to arrange a signing, many days of calling and leaving messages with no follow up from Humphries. But once we got through Maddie was friendly and helpful answering our questions.

GoogleThis whole company is a joke. The customer service is lacking and they cancel viewings on you all the time without notice. I had to travel twice for viewings that were cancelled minutes before and they gave no explanations. Stay away from this agency unless you want to waste your time and train tickets.
