I’ve been using NH as the managing agents for my properties for a decade now. I’d initially dealt with Dan and later had good communication with Jonathan. Currently, my properties are managed by David. The service I have received throughout has been very good and I know my properties are in good hands, from managing these on a day to day basis, right through to ensuring they always comply with ongoing changes to any laws and regulations within the lettings industry. Shelley Williams is the best property manager any tenant can ask for. It was the first time ever I was renting a property which meant I had A LOT of questions. During my tenancy, Shelly has patiently answered all of my queries. She has also addressed all of my reports (such as asking for a bulb change) quickly and successfully. David Pike was my property manager at Nicholas Humphreys and I can honestly say he was fantastic in helping me as a tenant and rectified quickly any issues I had with my rented property. Danielle was absolutely brilliant with helping my friends and I find a student home for next year. We viewed quite a few houses but Danielle made the whole process so much easier and helped us find a place that was affordable, spacious and near our lecture halls. She replied quickly and was always organised and had the details of every house we visited which made my friends and I feel extremely reassured throughout the whole process. Along with this, she was really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable, and we had no problems at all when working together with her and the company.

Nicholas Humphreys ensured my third year accommodation was easy and not a hassle! David was excellent in being flexible for key collection and sorting out house issues promptly and/or with good communication. Examples: Window was broken, David kept communication on situation and it was sorted within 48 hours from calling. Washing machine started flooding - David called out an engineer same day. Apart from that there were very few issues regarding the houses. The check out process was smooth and they didn’t attempt to make silly deposit charges like I’ve experienced with other agency’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Shockingly poor service so far. Will update review accordingly based on the agents behaviour and professionalism........ In response to your reply William, I don't appreciate the bolshie request to amend my review in the email received from you. The attitude towards my daughter was far from acceptable when calling to advise maintenance hadn't gone ahead as planned and keys not given to the contractor as advised, was down to the agent, not the tenants! The quality of workmanship is of poor standard, and wet loose plaster has just been painted over. Which will no doubt soon be covered in mildew once again. Blaming the previous tenants for water ingress from a broken gutter, could have been dealt with earlier if picked up on an inspection. As said will update the review accordingly, but been pushed to remove the one star review will not help!

Been with the agent quite a few years , and problems I've had in the past haven't been delt with great or at all sometimes ,but since having Bikram take over things are being sorted and Simon the maintenance man has been brilliant,very professional and doesn't stop untill the job is complete and it's nice that some one cares about what he's doing and does the job right ,lovely bloke to talk to and deal with .
