Having the pleasure of having a maintenance contract with Loc8me has been great. Having mostly dealings with Fern and Earnest too great people that nothing is to much to ask for. Any problems arise they sort it quickly as possible and it’s been a pleasure to contract to such a great company. From when a job is raised to completion it’s always stress free.

It was a very good experience, Cynthia helped with everything. it was a struggle at times to figure out the contract but when I needed help she extended the deadline, helped me every step of the way and kept me updated through out. Would recommend to any student that needs an accommodation. I can’t wait to move in!
