I've had Liberty Gate as a letting agent on two occasions whilst living in West Bridgford and on both occasions I have been largely impressed with the service. I have always felt that everyone is friendly and helpful and you always receive very prompt responses to queries and questions via email, normally from Kane. Having dealt with other letting agents in the area I would recommend Liberty Gate for a straightforward and clear tenancy process in Nottingham!

Laura and everyone at Liberty Gate have been excellent throughout our home buying process. For us first time buyers they were always on hand to answer our many queries and helped us find our perfect first home. They always made sure we were booked in for viewings as soon as possible, and we were all moved into our lovely home in just 8 weeks. I can't thank Sian enough, she was extremely friendly and an absolute star helping me negotiate with my ex partner to ensure my claim went through in time to meet my payment dates for my landlord, so he wouldn't be effected by the change in circumstance with my tenancy.

I'm a tenant in a shared house let by Liberty Gate, and I've been really impressed with the service. They have been quick to react to maintenance issues in the house and have a good online system for electronically logging requests. Not only this but I lost my keys and was locked out of my room on a Sunday. I contacted Liberty Gate and within 30 minutes someone had arrived to open my room for me and give me a spare key. They also arranged to pick up the keys once they had been found and dropped them off outside my room the very next day.

We use Liberty Gate to manage our apartment for my husband & I. We find them excellent to deal with - professional & friendly all the time. The best thing is that Liberty Gate have taken all the stress out of looking after the apartment ourselves; so for one affordable monthly fee we don't have the worry in finding a tenant or dealing with any breakdowns. We would definitely recommend Liberty Gate - the best thing is that when you call them, the phone is answered in Nottingham & you are not dealing with someone in a different area of the country, which we found with other Mgt companies.

Big fan of Liberty Gate. They are not the run of the mill estate agent by any means, highly professional, courteous, and efficient young team - a refreshing change! This applies to sales, lettings, management, and the new airbnb/booking.com type management also. Highly recommended. Update: really Paul Robinson (former director) was the star - now he's gone, make your own opinion.

Sorted out my first ever flat living by myself with Liberty Gate and the tea were so supportive through the whole process from the viewings to signing and check-in. They responded to maintenance requests quite quickly and were superb throughout my tenancy. I have rented my first studio flat in Nottingham through Liberty Gate and I stayed there for almost two years. The Liberty Gate team have provided an excellent service during the whole tenancy as well as a fantastic property management (thanks, in particular, to Kane Simpson), acting promptly to any maintenance issue in the house (even at Christmas time). Extremely efficient, professional, and responsive. Highly recommended.

I have been emailing, going on their website and calling them to enquire for the property that I am interested in, but they never reply back. I have been expecting some sort of response no matter the property is available or not. This is such a poor communication for this company.

We enjoyed a lot our stay there as it was a calm, family-friendly (we were with our 1 month and 19 months little ones) and convenient place/flat with all needed facilities as described. Super easy check-in and check-out. But the mostly appreciated thing was the great assistance, welcome and kindness of Laura (staff member). Thanks again Laura and we’ll most probably come back !
