GoogleHonestly the best experience with a letting agency! In the 3 years Iβve lived in Nottingham and been through several other letting agencies they have been awful, until I came across leaders. CJ walked me through the process exceptionally and always gave me prompt updates daily. He was very transparent with the onboarding process and solved all of the queries I had. If your looking for a property in the Nottingham area, trust me leaders letting agency will not keep you in the dark like other agencies they have gone above and beyond and will ensure you have a smooth transition to your new home!

GoogleIf you want someone to manage your property then DO NOT choose leaders. They are unprofessional and incompetent from the rental team to the sales team. They took months to sort out simple tasks that required me to chase them. They added stress and added to my work load when I delegated to them to make my life easier. I would not use them again or recommend to any family or friend member.

GoogleEven though we moved out of the flat on June 7th 2023, our deposit has still not been refunded. We even filled out the DPS form, but it was not approved by you. Despite emailing and calling many times, we can't get a proper answer. We are tired of struggling to get the money and service that we have a right to. This has been a really stressful process and we haven't received any response from you. 2 and a half months passed. When will you return our deposit? * Update: 10 days ago they said that payment will be made on Monday. Second Monday passed but not return yet!

GoogleWe have used Liberty Gate for letting our properties in Nottingham for many years now and we always receive an excellent service from David, Paul and the team every time. They are a great team to deal with, fast, efficient and always helpful even if it is something which is outside their remit. Would recommend them to any Landlord without hesitation.

GoogleI moved out of the apartment since 30th of April 2023 and i have not received my deposit refund. I kept calling the property management and account team, I donβt know who is lying. They kept telling me it would be released, but still itβs been over two months since I moved out and I am still waiting for my deposit to be released. Made me questioning the DPS. I would storm the office next Monday if I donβt receive it this week. Why does paying back my deposit have to be this stressful. Itβs the 15th of June today, making it 2 months 15days since I moved out and the apartment has since been given out. PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSIT.
