From the moment liberty gate came around to value our property I was impressed from the get go. Paul looked around and then sat with us for a lengthy period of time explaining what we could look to achieve and the best strategies. I felt comfortable giving him a set of keys and they were happy to take photos without our presence. The photos turned out excellently and they ensured the turn around times to review were quick. From start to finish they have been utterly proffesional but give a level of personal service any other estate agents would struggle to compete with... they even watered our plants!! We sold our home in a matter of days and Paul was always there if we had any questions, whether it was on weekends or in the evening. Absolutely faultless in every way. I should add... I've been meaning to write this review for ages but the beautiful personalised xmas card we just received to our new home helped me remember to write this. Thank you all. Fantastic!

I was referred to Liberty Gate by a friend and fellow landlord who raved about the personal service he had experienced. I made contact with David Thomas and discussed my situation with him. As a landlord with some properties in Nottingham we were looking to free up some time by possibly passing some stock to an agent rather than managing it ourselves. David very politely pointed out that we were achieving rents that were several years out of date. He took on a property as it became vacant, let it in 48 hours at a considerably higher rent than we had been achieving and removed completely the necessity for our involvement. My initial scepticism was proved to be misplaced. All staff we have dealt with at Liberty Gate have been supremely efficient, polite and effective. In our experience Liberty Gate epitomise what outstanding looks like for an Estate/Letting Agent. We will continue to use them and have no hesitation in being advocates for their service and effectiveness.

After me and my wife moved into the UK, I was a bit concerned about renting ourselves an apartment as I had heard of all the hassles my friends/colleagues had to go through during the renting process as well as moveout. But then I got onboarded with Liberty Gate and without any doubt I could say they're the best in the business. Starting from our move - in, everything was so simple and easy. During our stay, they were prompt and on point of anything I asked (resolved any issues in minimum time). During our move-out, which is probably the hardest part for any tenant, they made it very easy and comfortable from us. The team at Liberty Gate, is the driving force which has taken them to the top. A big pat on the back for Becca and Kane for always being there for anything we needed. A big thanks to Paul, Laura and others as well. Bought a house recently that was marketed by Liberty Gate. All the staff we have dealt with were very friendly and professional throughout. There was no hard sell, just good communication and personal service without any quibbles. Much better than another Nottingham based agent we had been dealing with who did not seem to consider the buyer as a valued customer and messed us about on several properties. We have also used Liberty Gate to market our apartment for rental and they have found us a tenant within 2 - 3 weeks - again very good personalized service and communication throughout the process.

The best estate agent you could hope for!

We have just sold our apartment through Liberty Gate Estate Agents in Nottingham and can wholeheartedly recommend them. We have dealt with several Estate Agents over the years and have never experienced such excellent service. Throughout the entire process we dealt with Paul Robinson and received a professional, efficient and courteous service of an exemplary standard. Their online platform "My Property File" is a fantastic tool - you log on with your email address and chosen password and can then view marketing details, planned viewings, feedback from viewers and details of any offers but these were all followed up with phone calls/e mails. Paul conducted all the viewings and we sold our apartment in 10 days for the asking price. We never once had to chase them up which we have had to do constantly with other Agents in the past. You need look no further than Liberty Gate to manage your sale/purchase/letting needs!
