Cannot recommend Frank Innes highly enough. The staff are super professional, always answer the phone / return calls when asked. Have chased our (overly complicated) chain and kept everything together with regular progress updates to all parties. Would definitely use them again. Special mention goes to Penelope and Louise who have been absolutely fantastic with both of our sales.

My experience of Frank Innes agency was great really friendly and helpful staff both on the phone and in person quickly to deal with inquiries and queries faced on the process of purchasing a house overall I'm satisfied in the customer services they have provided.

Elliot in particular who has been handling my purchase has been very quick back to me and has even be dealing with my emails on a Saturday. mould everywhere, oven, fridge, ventilators and toilet all broken, couldn't even be bothered to provide a shower curtain in a 'furnished apartment' 2 months in still nothing repaired. wouldn't use these lot if they offered me a free apartment and I was homeless

Completed a purchase with the assistance of Penelope at the Wheeler Gate branch. She and her colleagues were efficient and responsive, despite pandemic circumstances. I have bought and sold properties through Frank Innes. Most recently, sold, and have achieved a good price for my property, at a reasonable flat rate 'commission' fee, and with a great service. They work hard for the customer and client, and they are always able to answer questions. Would recommend them.

This is the WORST estate agent I have ever came across, PLEASE Stay away from these people. Response time is very bad, absolutely incompetent , brochures wrong lies a lot, measurement in accurate... and they greedy agents, with no moral values. they sale to who ever pays more, no moral values.
