GoogleJessi Pabla has proved a really effective and capable bridge between myself (as landlord) and my tenants. The best thing about Jessi is that I feel she really cares about the tenants and empathises with them as individuals which is very important for everyone to be happy.

GoogleI'm relocating to Nottingham and have worked with Lauren at the Nottingham branch and I have to say that I can't fault the service I've received. Lauren has been wonderful giving me great advice throughout the process. It's been a very long time since i've let a property but Lauren Made the process pretty stress free, she always returns my calls promptly, if she's not available when i've called and her knowledge of the area was exemplary. Lauren is a Credit to Frank Innes and I highly recommend this agency.
