I would like to leave a review specifically for Kelly from the mortgage services team. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, especially when my first purchase fell through unexpectedly. Kelly was incredibly supportive throughout and helped me navigate everything with patience and professionalism. She was always responsive, clear in her explanations, and made sure I understood each step. Thanks to her help, I was able to move forward confidently with my second property purchase. They've made the whole process very easy for me, they've explained everything I need to know in person and simplified it for me. There response times to any questions I've had has been very quick and detailed. Very polite and sort out any/ all issues I've had. Would highly recommend. I have been going through the process of purchasing a house through Frank Innes and Oliwia has been so so helpful. Whilst we have not yet completed, we are almost at the end of the process now and I truly feel that without Oliwia pushing forward for us and investigating where issues have been, we wouldn't have been able to get through the sale and purchase process at all. They are part of the Countrywide group and I should have been more careful about them but long story short all brands under this group will take holding deposit BEFORE they send you the application. That is not problem if they didn't use this tactic to hold up your money - I paid the deposit, they said my application is accepted, I passed the reference, and then they said the landlord took the item back for his personal use. No problem, refund my money. And then 1 month (30 days) later I still didn't see my money back to me but instead the property has changed into "Let Agreed" on Right move. I called, no one picks up, no one calls back. I emailed to say this is the second time I had this same issue with Countrywide group. I will chase them down to their branch (this location) for my money back. I saw my money 24 hours later. I have no doubt they do legitimate business but I would avoid Countrywide at all cost. I have one more story about them, different brand, some mother group, same story about holding deposit. There are 3 persons involved, Kim, Jacob and another lady who called to allegedly lied to me. I can upload the whole email correspondence if you ever trying to deny.
