GoogleRented one of their properties for about 2 years and it was okay. I moved out in the end and ever since there’s been a lack of communication on their end when it comes to getting your deposit back which is ironic because these guys are quick to call you when you owe them money but when it’s other other way around, it’s hard to reach them. It’s been about a month and I still haven’t received my deposit although I’ve called many times and emailed and no one is replying to my emails or calling me to confirm. I’ve been told different information each time about receiving my deposit. It’s so unclear and a failure in professionalism. I shouldn’t have to keep asking for something that I know I should have received the moment I moved out.

GoogleRecently bought a house marketed through Frank Innes - Cassie suggested I view it before the listing was even live and it was a great find. The team were really quick to respond to any queries or issues throughout the Conveyancing process, were always polite and friendly despite how busy they were with lockdown restrictions, and made sure both me and the vendor were up to date - would definitely use them in the future.

GoogleFor the most part this has been fantastic. Quick turn around on the initial query, as well as a fast, professional, friendly service from Jessi Pabla, as well as the new letting agent who did the viewing! Couldn't ask for more in searching and applying for a rental property. One slight snag is now I am on their system in a week I have had 4 texts and 5 emails, all advertising new rental properties, with no way I have seen of unsubscribing. This is not to take away from the service I have had from Jessi, but does not look good on the business as a whole. I mean, I already have a rental - please stop filling my inbox with more...

GoogleHaving not rented a property (solo) for some years, I was apprehensive about the process after some horror stories of other local agents. I've been very pleasantly surprised by this branch and have no issues with recommending them. The agent who assisted me was Jessi Pabla who has been friendly, courteous and professional throughout, and assisted me immensely, providing all the information I required from both landlord and regarding the process in general. Top marks for a very low stress tenancy agreement.

GoogleI've used Frank Innes to act as an agent in letting my flat for the first time. I liaised with Jessi Pabla whom i met at the flat initially. She has been extremely helpful, friendly, professional and eficient. All the necessary paperwork has been dealt with by Jessi and she has provided regualr updates re prospective tenants. She was able to secure a tenant within 1 week of putting the advert out. I highly recommend her and the service offered

GoogleAlison and Cassie have both been fantastic in terms of keeping me up to speed with the house sale. Chasing both buyer and buyer solicitor and allowing me to be really hands off. This was through the covid pandemic when there was temporary halt to house sales and then the increased activity. The service I received never faltered.
