GoogleCan’t recommend Abby highly enough! Abby manages our rental property currently, and has been nothing but helpful. Any queries we have she addresses in a timely and professional manor, and she also acts in the best interests of our tenants too which is very important to us. GoogleI am very pleased to have gotten in contact with Frank Innes in regards to renting a property. I personally think that I've been in contact with all the girls in the mapperly office. Jessi Pabla has been the one that I've kept direct contact with, I can not speak a single bad word about the service that I have gotten , she has answered all of my questions and been very helpful ! She has made me feel "special" as a customer even if she probably has several other customer that she helps, that is what I call good customer service. I strongly recommend Frank Innes and based on my personal experience , Jessie Pabla. I'm now living in one of the propertys that was letted by Frank Innes and very pleased. Thank you! /Makarenna

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service by Lauren Lonsdale whom comes across very polite but clearly caught out lying. One occasion we viewed a property sent the application via email. Unfortunately waiting for her reply which didn't happen I called and she confirmed it's been taken. Second occasion booked a property for viewing two day before viewing the property showed LET AGREED on the website. I spoke to Lauren day before the viewing to confirm and she clearly lied the property had just been agreed this morning when I seen the LET AGREED stated day before. We travel from Sheffield and it would have been a total waste of journey to Nottingham. Communication is very poor and Didn't offered to help look for another property. Unprofessional infact lost out on long term tenants, will not recommend.

GoogleHad an amazing experience with this letting agency, From start to finish they were nothing but amazing with myself and my partner especially a lovely lady called kim, She helped guide us through the paper work, get our checks done super quick and was wonderful when showing us the property, I can't thank them enough for all their help and helping us into our new home which we hope to be at for a very long time, I would 100% recommend them to people in the future.

GoogleHaving been deployed to Nottingham early last month, I desired to find a suitable place for my family and I but to no avail. All that changed when I came in contact with Frank Innes Sales and Letting Agents, but especially - Lois Hayes, who was genuinely concerned and interested in me getting a suitable property for the family. GoogleMuch better than every other letting agent I've dealt with. Kim has been excellent throughout the letting process, with great communication and help with all the questions I had. The team seem keen, whereas most other agents I've talked to don't seem too interested beyond the basic expectations of what they should do. Highly recommended!
