GoogleAVOID !! Negligent non professional office and employees !! My family members house was destroyed by the tenants who refused to leave and this company was incapable of resolving the issue and did not bother to check the property! My family member was told she could not receive any information about her own house after a relationship ended , despite her name being on the contract which Lauren at Frank Innes did not bother to look for until the last minute. Unable to get hold of them over the phone and avoided or made excuses to not discuss so we had to visit the office person to resolve. This resulted in her losing out in £2000 worth of damages to her home. House is now being sold with another estate agents as Frank Innes undervalued it by £50,000 !! AVOID !!

GoogleJames is very helpful and professional through out the whole renting process. I did call other branches previously but the experience was so frustrating. Those staff promised to send a video or email or call back but it never happens. I was nearly give up on Frank Innes but James totally changed my mind.He responds to enquires quickly and efficiently and always happy to help. We experience some issues with payment and James was knowledgable and extremely patient to resolve our issue. I will definitely recommend James.

She went out her way to call me when I couldn’t get through to her office number. A little cheeky, but she had a very beautiful voice and once I met her in person I knew why.

Any queries we have she addresses in a timely and professional manor, and she also acts in the best interests of our tenants too which is very important to us. GoogleI am very pleased to have gotten in contact with Frank Innes in regards to renting a property. I personally think that I've been in contact with all the girls in the mapperly office. Jessi Pabla has been the one that I've kept direct contact with, I can not speak a single bad word about the service that I have gotten , she has answered all of my questions and been very helpful ! She has made me feel "special" as a customer even if she probably has several other customer that she helps, that is what I call good customer service. I strongly recommend Frank Innes and based on my personal experience , Jessie Pabla. I'm now living in one of the propertys that was letted by Frank Innes and very pleased. Thank you! /Makarenna

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service by Lauren Lonsdale whom comes across very polite but clearly caught out lying. One occasion we viewed a property sent the application via email. Unfortunately waiting for her reply which didn't happen I called and she confirmed it's been taken. Second occasion booked a property for viewing two day before viewing the property showed LET AGREED on the website. I spoke to Lauren day before the viewing to confirm and she clearly lied the property had just been agreed this morning when I seen the LET AGREED stated day before. We travel from Sheffield and it would have been a total waste of journey to Nottingham. Communication is very poor and Didn't offered to help look for another property. Unprofessional infact lost out on long term tenants, will not recommend.

GoogleHaving been deployed to Nottingham early last month, I desired to find a suitable place for my family and I but to no avail. All that changed when I came in contact with Frank Innes Sales and Letting Agents, but especially - Lois Hayes, who was genuinely concerned and interested in me getting a suitable property for the family. Lois never gave up until I got a place that I was happy with. Will I recommend any prospective tenants to Frank Innes? Of course I will 100%. Thank you very much and God bless you all!!!

GoogleMuch better than every other letting agent I've dealt with. Kim has been excellent throughout the letting process, with great communication and help with all the questions I had. The team seem keen, whereas most other agents I've talked to don't seem too interested beyond the basic expectations of what they should do. Highly recommended!
