GoogleAbsolutely disgusting customer service. Arranged to meet at the property to have valued for rental purposes. Lauren Lonsdale did not turn up despite waiting for her for 40 minutes and calling the office multiple times. Tried to rearrange but did not get back to me after chasing the same day and the day after. Avoided taking my calls by saying 'Lauren was on the other line'. I had my own professional photos taken for them and emailed but again Lauren did not come back to me. I then received a call from a completely different company to say Frank Innes are too busy and they are their sister company. Lauren did not have my authority to pass my details on to another company going against GDPR.
