GoogleFrank Innes is by far the best estate agents I have dealt with in Nottingham. I was fortunate enough to have Jessi Pabla take us through the whole process and she was always extremely friendly and willing to help. Filling forms out with other estate agencies was always a pain and they tried to find some fancy but painful way of doing it. Frank Innes provided a simple yet intuitive method of filling their forms and the company they use for referencing allowed us to see exactly how far along we were in the whole process which put our worrying at ease. GoogleI've been dealing with Jessi Pabla in the lettings department at Frank Innes, she is absolutely amazing to deal with, knowledgeable , the entire process was professional. Having moved back to the UK recently, Jessi assisted with all my questions I had for her. If she didnt know the answer she researched for me and got back to me. I was in touch with other local letting agents in West Bridgeford, but their level of service does not come anywhere close to Jessi's and her teams. How Jessi looked after me, was one of the primary reasons I chose to rent with Frank Innes.

GoogleFrank Innes have been brilliant with the sale of our house. Tony did a fantastic job initially marketing the house, we were really happy with the photographs and how the house was presented. The whole team kept us informed and gave prompt feedback after viewings. We were really impressed with Morgan who we had alot of contact with after accepting an offer. We felt she went above and beyond to push our sale through and kept us informed of what was happening. We would not hesitate to reccomend Frank Innes estate agents, everyone we came across in the office was very friendly and helpful.

GoogleI was seeking a flat/house to let and have had some not so nice experiences, then I went to view a property handled by FRANK INNES and JESSI PABLA J was just an AWESOME agent!! She was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while made sure all info was provided and understood. I am now living happily in my flat THANKS TO JESSI! I would highly recommend using this company/Agent as they go beyond expectations and they provide professional service!

GoogleAwful experience as a tenant. The fees they charge tenants are extortionate! From £20 to "poke the little fire alarm with the little red finger" (to quote Shannon) to the reference fees costing hundreds of pounds it was was a stressful and costful experience. They even charged over £100 to renew the tenancy after the lease expired (something which I have never had to do in my 10 years experience renting accommodation) it will be interesting to see what happens to them should the government vote in stricter controls on letting agencies and their fees. Even when it came to the end of our tenancy and we were moving out we found out that Frank innes were organising viewings of our house while we were out without making us aware. Something that only came to light when I queried how they got a new tenant without seeing the property. When I complained the response I received was "Well I said sorry I really don't know what else you want me to do" (again a very professional response by the steller employees at frank innes). worst agency from start to finish.

GooglePlease be careful and exercise due diligence when buying a property. Unfortunately this company, or in particular this branch are not honest people. They have unlawfully advertised a property property as a 3 bedroom house. A full building survey revealed this property could only be marketed legally as a 2 bedroom house for various reasons. Had this information been disclosed from the start, my interest would have been ended. Instead a lot of time and money was wasted (around £1000 for a full building survey) for me to find this out. This information would have been known by the seller and especially the estate agent (supposisedly very experienced ). Still, Sharon maintained this wasn't an issue and that I should still proceed to buy a house, paying the value of a three bedroom house for a two bedroom house. Very intimidating and persistent emails/calls were made to pressure me into buying. Unfortunately, their commission is far more important to them then helping their customers make the right decision. Huge regret with dealing with such dishonest people with no integrity.

GoogleToday we exchanged on our first home. Frank Innes were brilliant from the time we contacted them to view a property until exchange of contracts. Sharon always kept us up to date on the 'what to do's' and what still needed to be done. She was available at any time and if I had questions she would return my email that day. I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. We managed to go from viewing to exchange in 7 weeks. Thank you for making a very stressful time a lot less stressful.

GoogleHighly recommend using Adrew Hall to help with your mortgage if you are a first time buyer or not. His knowledge is exceptional and he treats you like a friend, getting you the best rates he can whilst whilst considering whats best for the future. The staff downstairs also seem helpful. Give them a go!
