The sale of my flat took longer than expected in a difficult market, but Tony and his team never wavered in their professionalism, enthusiasm, or positivity. Their energy and commitment remained just as strong from start to finish, which gave me constant reassurance throughout the whole journey. Frank Innes have been great with regards to the sale of my Mum's house, from the initial discussions and valuation, through to completion. Not having bought or sold a house for more than 40 years, it was essential to find an estate agent who had excellent knowledge of the local and national housing market and who would guide me through current procedures. Mark was there in the beginning, and then Harvey did a brilliant job of liaising with our buyer, always keeping in telephone or email contact. His pleasant and professional manner made the process smooth and relatively stress-free.

Just sold my property through Frank innes and I couldn’t recommend them more. The property was listed and they managed to find me a full asking price buyer the same day! I dealt mainly with Tony who was fantastic, constantly checking in with me to see how the sale was progressing with the solicitors and willing to chase up instantly and happily for me whenever I had heard no news. Tony went above and beyond and is a credit to Frank innes. If you’re looking for an estate agent, Frank innes are a must! AVOID THIS AGENT. My daughter has just won a case at Nottingham Crown Court in connection with rats in her rented house. She has a 2 year old and the Agent/Landlord/Management company all confirmed in writing it was the tenants responsibility. She paid £204 for an urgent pest controller. Within days we Goggled and found the Landlord/tenant Act 1985, it is actually the landlords responsibility to pay and resolve the matter. This incident was back in July 25, today she won a Crown court judgement and the Landlord ordered to pay her the full fees plus costs. WHY didn’t the Agent/Management company know the Law in relation to this matter in the first place. The stress this has caused to my daughter was immense. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

There were a few ups and downs up along the way but Frank Innes ensured we were able to sell our place and buy the right house for our family. Ive had an amazing experience, i went in on a Thursday needing something immediate and within 5 minutes i was on the way to view the property.
